As per requirements, exactly up to marks

Etymology:

  • Many years ago, children were taught by the book. The ‘book’ was a book of ethics and religious teachings that direct the behavior. Children were liable to learn these teachings and apply in their life to live a better life. Today, in companies and school, the similar forms of pamphlet and prospectus are given to employees and students to follow the principles given. If employees want this job they have to go ‘by the book’ and students are supposed to behave ‘by the book’ to stay enrolled.
